1. Eligibility for Returns
✅ We Accept Returns For:
- Defective/damaged products (reported within 7 days of delivery).
- Incorrect product shipped (wrong item or missing parts).
- Product not matching the website description.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Spare parts, accessories, electronics, and consumables.
- Products used, altered, or without original packaging/tags.
2. Return Process
Step 1: Report Within 7 Days

- Order number
- Photos/video of the issue (unboxing video optional but helpful)
Step 2: Return Approval
- Our team reviews within 48 hours and provides return instructions.
Step 3: Return Shipping
- Defective/Wrong Item: Free return label (if serviceable).
- Other Cases: Customer pays return shipping.
- Note: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging.
3. Refund Policy
- Approved Refunds: Processed within 7-14 days after receiving the return.
- Refund Method: Original payment mode (no cash refunds).
- Exceptions:
- No refunds if the product is used/damaged by the customer.
- Non-returnable items excluded (see list above).
4. Cancellations
- Before Shipping: Full refund (minus payment gateway fees if applicable).
- After Shipping: No cancellations (unless undelivered).
5. Delivery Timeframe
- 7–20 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance).
- Tracking Provided: All orders include SMS/email updates.
