1. Eligibility for Returns

✅ We Accept Returns For:

  • Defective/damaged products (reported within 7 days of delivery).
  • Incorrect product shipped (wrong item or missing parts).
  • Product not matching the website description.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Spare parts, accessories, electronics, and consumables.
  • Products used, altered, or without original packaging/tags.

2. Return Process

Step 1: Report Within 7 Days

  • Email salesbsexports2008@gmail.com with:
    • Order number
    • Photos/video of the issue (unboxing video optional but helpful)

Step 2: Return Approval

  • Our team reviews within 48 hours and provides return instructions.

Step 3: Return Shipping

  • Defective/Wrong Item: Free return label (if serviceable).
  • Other Cases: Customer pays return shipping.
  • Note: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved Refunds: Processed within 7-14 days after receiving the return.
  • Refund Method: Original payment mode (no cash refunds).
  • Exceptions:
    • No refunds if the product is used/damaged by the customer.
    • Non-returnable items excluded (see list above).

4. Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: Full refund (minus payment gateway fees if applicable).
  • After Shipping: No cancellations (unless undelivered).

5. Delivery Timeframe

  • 7–20 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance).
  • Tracking Provided: All orders include SMS/email updates.

6. Important Notes

  • Duties & Taxes: Calculated separately based on local laws.
  • Non-Serviceable Areas: Additional fees may apply (contact us before ordering).
  • Heavy/Bulky Items: Extra charges may apply (e.g., machinery).
